Name this phenomenon?

In bed, I wake up, which is to say that I become slightly aware of my surroundings. I notice that my feet have slipped out from under the blanet, or that my pants are riding uncomfortably low in back. I can hear the music coming from iTunes. I notice the *beep* from my phone telling me I missed a call. and then my attention wanes, and I roll over and go back to sleep.

I just now managed to muster the willpower to climb out of bed. That was probably because I need to go to the bathroom. I know that today I woke up long enough to turn off the alarm (at noon), and that I heard my phone ring a few times, and the landline ring at least once.

There it goes again. Time to check my voice mail and email. I wonder what we have for breakfasting.
