Argh .. it lives

So, I assumed a vertical orientation (secant to the earth's curvature, I think, anyway). at almost precisely ten minutes til 1.

This is not to say that I was asleep from 10:30 Friday morning to just then, but that I was pleasantly able to avoid moving much. Anyway, I got up, let in the cat, gave him chow and water, locked up and left.

Time for the second bowl of cereal. One thing about crashing for a whole day is you get kinda hungry.

Also, time to see if I can get all that voicemail...Nope: "We're sorry, but your call cannot be completed as dialed.."

I similarly failed to see if there are any classes I can take Fall semester, as that site is down for a week of scheduled maintenance. (morons.) It really irks me when people feel the need to use a system I have some need of to demonstrate their lack of professionalism and general incompetance. It doesn't take a fskcing week offline to upgrade a web site.

This morning's wanderings

Well, I applied for ordination (ULC). Those people are a great deal more interesting than I had guessed. I hope to be able to shop donate lots of money to them soon.

I chased some links (from disinfo, et al) to see if I could find out anything about Crowley or Thelema. I found out more about him, but nothing that was even remotely interesting. What little straight information I could find out about Thelema failed to dispute earlier conclusions based on even less data. Smeg.
