Happy Monday

And after having read the torrent of posts you all made Monday, I feel a smidge less morose about not having got out of bed all day.

I still don't know how I'll be able to get up in the AM today to go do stuff. Frell.

The novel in question was The DaVinci Code, and I was not impressed. I am also probably not in the target audience. There's some fun stuff in the book, but most of the memetic yumminess is watered down for the target audience. To wit, my mother had a hard time swallowing some of the hypotheses put forward in the book, but I just found their presentation weak (as I had already encountered them before). And some of his material is just bunk.

The rain sounds nice outside my window, although it is a bit alarming that to my perception it hasn't stopped in at least twelve hours.

And so with only minor alterations of detail today went as bad as yesterday.

I did get outside briefly to run one errand, and then came back home to lie down, as I felt tired.

Ha;f an hour ago I woke up again, and after the requisite lying in bed awake because I don't want to get up and deal with being awake again, I rolled over, and posted this.
