To my knowledge, Uncle Enzo has yet to establish himself in the US, so I'm going to assume you're referring to a career as either a freelance hacker, or the greatest swordfighter in the world.

I'm running pie (and pasta, and wings, and .. ) for
an Italian owned restaurant. No sign of Uncle Enzo yet.
No deliverator either, but I do have my katana boken in
