New proxy dev.atlbbs.com 69.61.20.58 3128 open to your iran netblocks list

I've enabled squid with the netblocks you provided on my dev server using default squid port 3128 :
DNS dev.atlbbs.com, ipv4
IPv4 69.61.20.58
IPv6 2001:1938:80:97::2 (not tested yet...)
