I took a poke around, grabbed some code, compiled it, and was disappointed to notice that you couldn't -- yet -- just grab some random digits out of the middle of the stream. The deeper into the stream you wade, the longer it takes.
Apparently, we're still waiting for the q-code algorithm to be able to generate our as-long-as-necessary available-on-demand one-time pad and random-access Akashic Record Player.
