Why am I here? What am I doing? What am I useful for? What should I be doing? What do I want? What am I looking for? Why do I care? Do I want a partner? What for? What sort?

What are the precise and different meanings of e.g. i.e. a.b. etc. sic and ibid? What is the intellectual property status of a quote from a novel?

For academic, or referance purposes you can post any quote for just about any reason so long as you site the author. Of course this doesn't stop it from randomly becoming just a platitude..
