Keep going, it is working!

Dear me (and anyone else reading),

Stretches and the minimal exercise is helping with flexibility and balance. Diet is helping maintain weight, and I might even be losing slowly.

I can *now* do rises and pliee free-standing (not touching wall, counter, barre) most of the time on floor or carpet. This is a big change from even last summer when I first started experimenting with exercises from The Perfect Pointe Book (TPPB) and BBMHBB. I've gotten better at positions and movements too, I think, and will soon want to go back through some books and videos I first tried a couple years ago. #ballet

Doing PT stretches daily, and usually first thing in the morning, is reducing tension and soreness throughout my shoulders, neck, and jaw. Less pain, less analgesics is already winning and its probably a positive influence generally.

Continuing to track activity, food, and the blessed caffeine helps me stay on track and informs decisions and shopping for food. There's no cheating because I'm holding myself accountable, gently, for everything.

Keep going and keep building good habits, slowly and not so steadily *snort*.

Cheers,
me (2Q2023)
