Okay, all installed and in /usr/bin, so thats:
/usr/bin/mencoder
/usr/bin/mplayer
/usr/bin/ffmpeg
/usr/bin/flvtool2

Some of those are in the wrong directories. Note the paths.

Sorry, you have confused me. Please configure your software to look for the utilit
ies in the standard locations. It may have already detected them. If it's helpful I can link the usr/local names, but that shouldn't be needed.

I don't know how to do that. Can't you just put trhe modules where the script wants them? Unless you could take a quick peek at the script I have installed on that domain.
