NSA SE Linux

All the noise on /. and the Reg is apparently just FUD
(or left-hand right-hand confusion) as the project goes
ahead full steam. LSM enabled patches are available for 2.4.x and
2.5.x kernels, and all affected system utilities (ssh,
cron, et al) on their website. (LSM
is the new in-kernel modular security API for Linux, still in active development in the 2.5.x tree. It'll be stable in 2.6 and supported by all the distros in their 2.6 based releases.)

Read the SEL news page for details.

Y'know, I never thought I'd be linking to N S A.
