Any brace with a solid support in it would work. They're usually with the ace bandages and stuff.

This is similar to the one I have and it's working well for me so far. Before I started using it, my hand went numb just from a few clicks on the mouse. Now I go most of the day without numbness. It all has a lot to do with taking pressure off the nerve in your wrist. There are of course surgical options for it and I've known people who have done that and done very well with it. I use this because I can't afford surgery. I've had the problem since I was 16 and it always pops up if I go too long without taking care of it.
