(no subject)

So, I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to find out if something (work?) is driving me crazy in a clinical and non-literary sense. Apparently a nasty behaviour pattern of mine, which I unfortunately exhibited at the office the last day or so, is recognizable by the more experienced as being linked to anxiety.

Since it seems I'll be doing some psychology reading for the first time in a little while, I figure it's about time for an Amazon order. Other than Anxiety and Phobias Workbook by Edmund Bourne, any suggestions?
