I'm posting from the upstairs bedroom, as it is the only place in the house not needlessly chilly. It is very silly to live in caves that are drafty. Obstreperous signage is being gathered to burn for heat downstairs.

Which, if you didn't realize, is evidence that roommate drama is on the rise, viz. people are trying to start fights over the thermostat and even sillier things.

Update:See this for a differing perspective, and further proof than we are encapable of adult problem-solving. *sigh* I have hung an apology on his post.

The roommate drama has moved into a locked post. Why did it start out here? Because I am dumb. Move along, nothing to see here...

The Hero Guild labeled me a wizard-in-training, which is accurate enough, but I think the questions were a bit loaded in that direction. All thieves are not immoral or unethical. I shall be attempting my quest forthwith, but my classes and a few other things are ahead in priority.

There is a foolishness in Mac OS X which is being discussed. If I understand it correctly, I am aggrieved that Apple did such a shoddy job. Another third party fix is available here: http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/pa/. It seems like a better stopgap than those previously mentioned (Thanks to kittyglitter for the link.)

Of those interested in the Spanish tutoring, when would be good?

A new public release of Inferno 4 is available, but I am having difficulty getting ti running on Mac OS X. Looking again, someone at OSNews provided a helpful tidbit .. but there's more hacking to be done. Reinstalling it clean. Worked better with CC binaries but still missing some chunks .. And a clean reinstall with the CC binaries seems to have everything (wm/wm, man, charon all work fine).

Oh, and bearster will be in town next week.

Um, if you think saying "I'm sorry you're an asshole" is an apology, then maybe. Otherwise, no, you didn't. Unless you've already deleted it and replaced it with what's there now.
